How it works. Tall grass has wild mons in it (seven, all in the MEME-DEX under START); fight or RUN. Pills hide in tall grass and spawn somewhere new every run; they rustle when you're two tiles away. Collect all 10 and beat Pumpville's boss for the vault key. Get past Gunnarug, beat Donald Pump, and the vault opens with a badge inside. Verified pill finds earn a random 1%–5% qualification chance, up to 10 per UTC day. Saved chances combine across the campaign. Badges mark story progress; they do not multiply odds. The team runs the draw and card transfers later.
